Booking a Retreat in Sri Lanka
Terms and Conditions
What happens to my booking if COVID-related restrictions prevent travel ?
As of February 2022, Sri Lanka has been open, with conditions, to tourism. Check current situation HERE
Este Macleod and I present this retreat in good faith and the expectation that travel conditions will only improve and that by the end of 2021 your travel to Sri Lanka is unrestricted. However, please take this information into account when booking your retreat:
You must take out travel insurance for all travel arrangements.
We recognise that many travel insurers are not issuing new policies at the time of print, so under the current situation, any booking made for this Sri Lanka Retreat in 2021 which must be cancelled due to COVID will be fully refunded. This allows you to book now with security.
Creative Living Retreats aims to be as flexible and generous as possible in the event that the COVID pandemic makes it impossible to hold our retreats in Sri Lanka at the times stated on this site, but it is your responsibility to take out travel insurance at the time of booking your retreat or, once insurance is possible, at the time of booking your retreat.
If we are forced to cancel your retreat due to COVID pandemic, you will be offered the possibility to join another retreat, or the same retreat at a later date and if this is not suitable, you will be refunded your deposit. If you already have paid your balance you will be refunded. Please check with your travel insurer when you take your travel insurance+cancellation insurance what possibilities exist for recuperating your costs in the case of necessity.
Your booking with Anna Kwiecinska for The Serendipity Retreat is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and when you book it is assumed that you are familiar with them and the descriptions of the retreats.

or you do not join the retreat.
Circumstances when we may cancel a retreat
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat at any time prior to departure if:
External events of force majeure, terrorism, natural disaster, political instability or other events are deemed to make it not viable to operate the planned retreat.
There are insufficient bookings (which is less than 8 participants)
Due to unforeseen circumstances which prevent Anna Kwiecinska or the teachers involved from conducting the retreat.
And we reserve the right to find a replacement yoga teacher in the event that Hayley is unable to participate as planned.
What happens if we cancel your retreat?
If we cancel a retreat your full payment is refundable
