Located in the 'Western Suburbs', within easy walking distance to all amenities, including the University of Western Australia, Queen Elizabeth II Hospital, the Perth Children's Hospital and King's Park. The CBD is an 10-minute drive and easily accessed by public transport, and beaches are just 15 minutes away. Close to the delightful Shenton Village with 3 bakeries, cafes, restaurants - all within an easy walk.

At my Perth AirBnB you'll find 55-inch smartTV, , A/C and ceiling fans throughout,  two bedrooms and a loft space with a QS sofa bed, two bathrooms,  2 living areas, 2 dining areas, unlimited wifi,  well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a pretty garden all tucked away in a quiet street with off-road parking.

This unusual and arty two-storey loft home is designed by acclaimed architect Brian Klopper, featuring recycled bricks, exposed ironwork, lots of timber, travertine floors, stained glass windows, all surrounded by greenery, with a leafy courtyard and off-street parking.  

Brilliantly located in one of Perth's older suburbs, in a quaint and historic street, this is a great spot to be for summer when the University of Western Australia hosts an outdoor international film festival in its lovely grounds, with catering and picnicking facilities in the pine grove auditorium.


King's Park, a 4.06 km sq. park located on the western edge of the CBD in Perth with its botanic gardens, restaurants, playgrounds, bush walk trails, and state memorials is a major tourist attraction and a delightful place to walk to (15 minutes’ walk to the park, with the Zamia Cafe a highlight for a daily walking destination).
