My Morocco-At-Home exhibition this year on Sunday 9th December includes a special collection of original paintings by Cate Edwards, who joined me in Fes, earlier this year.
Whilst I was here for 5 months experimenting with the idea of making home in Morocco, Cate and I braved a chilly winter to roam the C.7th medina of this captivating city for glimpses of sequinned colour amidst moments of quiet contemplation amidst piles of embroidered cushions. Now you can enjoy these works on paper and canvas over a cup of mint tea with us next month.
You'll also find gorgeous things for summer I've found in the souks of Marrakech, a small collection of glamorous clothes for lounging which I've had specially created in Fes, Berber rugs I've been slowly collecting from the Atlas mountains, and a stunning collection of antique Tazenakht rugs re-purposed into poufs and cushions - and more.
